PRESCRITIONS

Your prescriptions are dispensed correctly and ensured that you receive the right medicine, the right dose and get maximum benefits from your medicines and all prescripton advices and counsellings are conducted in a professional and confidential manner.
We provide Medicine Management Services, tailored towards your individual needs, for optimal health outcomes.
Our pharmacy can supply your medicines in compliance packaging (blister packs ) that specifies when you should take your medicines, if you struggle to keep track of them. These can be supplied as weekly or monthly packs depending on your needs to help you better manage your medicines
We offer LTC (Long Term Condition) services for patients who take multiple medicines for chronic health conditions and may need support with their medicines. An assessment is used to identify the things that affect their ability to take your medications as prescribed and we work together with you to address the issues. We can assist you to manage, coordinate, synchronise (keep align) your medicines for better medication compliance and also provide a reminder service, as required (via text message, email or phone call) to let you know when your next supply of medications is ready for collection.
We provide medicine disposal services- you can return any expired or unwanted medicines, or needles/lancets and syringes to our pharmacy for safe disposal and there is no charge for this service.
We are able to fill your under-14 year old's prescription for free (if the medication is fully funded) both within normal working hours and after hours.
We can provide reports on your medicines or the cost of your medicines (eg WINZ report), if you require them.
